Bank Iowa Humboldt Gives Back to Local Organizations

The Bank Iowa Humboldt team created a fun way to give back by collecting $5 donations in exchange for wearing jeans on Fridays. The money is then donated into various community projects. This year, the Humboldt group gave a $500 donation to the St. Mary’s Brave Bag project, which supports hospitalized children through bags filled with books, toys and games.

They also used their denim donations to support four families through the Upper Des Moines Opportunity, Inc. Groceries and gifts for parents and children will be distributed to the families before the holidays.
