REFRESHED ONLINE BUSINESS BANKING EXPERIENCE

 

Bank Iowa is excited to announce an updated online and mobile experience! To better tailor the needs of our treasury management users, our platform has undergone a major redesign, which is also mobile-friendly.

 

The new design includes updates to the commercial templates, payments and recipients pages. Many of the changes include added visibility, consolidated to one page workflows and simplified search functionality. Clients will also notice some terminology changes with this release – ACH Batch will now be known as ACH Payments, ACH Payment becomes Single Payment and ACH Receipt is now Single Receipt.

On the commercial menu, clients will notice the recipient information is now collected on one screen.

CHOOSING MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS FOR A TEMPLATE

 

With this update, a pop-up window allows clients to search through multiple pages for a recipient or select several recipients.

CREATING A NEW RECIPIENT FROM TEMPLATE MENU

 

On the commercial tab, clients can create a new recipient from within a template and have the same experience as if using the new recipient option.

SEARCHING FOR EXISTING TEMPLATES

 

Clients can choose to filter templates by selecting a specific file type’s tab.

Under the commercial payments menu, transactions now reflect if clients are paying or collecting funds from recipients.

CREATE FILE IN PAYMENTS TAB

 

When a client enters in entry or transaction information, the total at the bottom of the screen updates and will note any pre-notes (zero dollar transactions to confirm if an account really exists at the other bank or not).
