HOURS OF OPERATION
The safety or our team members is of the utmost importance to us, therefore, we have asked those that can work remotely to do so. We encourage you to confirm that your bank’s lobby and/or drive-thru is open before making an in-person visit. In the event our bank lobby or drive-thru hours deviate from the aforementioned link, those changes will be posted on this page here. Please call your preferred location at the phone number listed at the bottom of this page or contact your lender.
Although our lobbies are open, customers can use drive-thru at various locations to conduct their banking needs. Drive-ups are available at the main bank for all of our locations with the following exceptions:
The Essex location does not offer drive-thru services. Customers are encouraged to use drive-thru services in Clarinda, Shenandoah, Red Oak or Villisca.
The Gilmore City location does not offer drive-thru services. Gilmore City customers are encouraged to use drive-thru services in Humboldt.
The Humboldt drive-thru is located at 1302 Fifth Ave. N., Humboldt, IA, 50548 - not at the main bank location.
The Schleswig location does not offer drive-thru services. Customers are encouraged to use the walk-up service or our drive-thru services in Charter Oak, Denison or Manilla.
The Shenandoah drive-thru is located at 1300 W Nishna Rd., Shenandoah, IA 51601 - not the main bank location.
The Waucoma location does not offer drive-thru services. Customers are encouraged to use drive-thru services in Fredericksburg, New Hampton or Lawler.
