All Bank Iowa lobbies are closed for the time being. We encourage customers to use drive-thru locations* to conduct their banking needs. *See exceptions below.

The safety or our team members is of the utmost importance to us, therefore, we have asked those that can work remotely to do so. We encourage you to confirm that your bank’s lobby and/or drive-thru is open before making an in-person visit. BANK IOWA IS STRONG

Bank Iowa’s financial position is strong. Your money is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The standard insurance amount is $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each account ownership category. The FDIC provides separate coverage for deposits held in different account ownership categories. Depositors may qualify for coverage over $250,000 if they have funds in different ownership categories and all FDIC requirements are met.

OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)

 

At Bank Iowa, one of our core values is being people-centered; the health and safety of our team members, clients and communities are our top priority.

 

Bank Iowa has a business continuity plan that includes comprehensive pandemic preparedness actions designed to ensure our operations continue throughout emergency situations. We are currently executing on this plan.

 

At this time, we are encouraging our team members to practice the CDC’s recommended steps to prevent illness and keep their workstations and our facilities clean and sanitized throughout the day. We have also asked team members who feel ill to stay home.
