Bank Iowa has appointed Dale De Jong as a consumer and mortgage loan officer at their Pella location. Dale De Jong previously worked as an educator at Johnston High School.

“We are excited to have Dale join our mortgage lending team,” said James Feudner, Bank Iowa regional president. “His experience in building and fostering relationships will be a great asset to community members looking to Bank Iowa for financial advice when it comes to their lending needs.”

For Bank Iowa, De Jong will serve as the dedicated mortgage lender for the Pella community and specialize in refinances, home mortgages and consumer loans. The skills De Jong gained as an educator have prepared him to work with others and equip clients with the confidence to achieve their goals of purchasing a home.

“As a mortgage loan officer, my goal goes beyond just finding the best rate,” said De Jong. “I am with my clients every step of the way when it comes to planning for one of the biggest purchases in their life. I see the importance of building a relationship with every client to help empower them to make the best decision for their specific needs.”

De Jong grew up in Orange City, Iowa and obtained a master’s degree in education at Northwestern College in Orange City. He looks forward to serving the Pella Community by helping customers obtain the financing they need to buy a home or other personal assets.
