Community Members are encouraged to Celebrate Kris Dale’s Upcoming Retirement.

Bank Iowa’s Charter Oak Branch Manager, Kris Dale, is set to retire from Bank Iowa on June 1. Dale has dedicated 18 years to the Denison region of Iowa’s second-largest family-owned bank.

“I want to thank Kris for her dedication to serving the Charter Oak community,” said Chad Leighty, Bank Iowa regional president. “Kris has demonstrated the true meaning of being the center of influence in our community by living Bank Iowa’s purpose to empower people, inspire success and foster growth. I know she will be missed by our team members as well as the community.”

Prior to joining Bank Iowa, Dale worked for Greater Iowa Credit Union in Denison. In 2007, she moved to Bank Iowa and helped build the Charter Oak location from the ground up. Charter Oak is now one of 23 locations Bank Iowa serves.

“I am going to miss the friendships I have gained throughout my time at Bank Iowa,” said Dale. “The most important lesson I have learned is that patience is the key to helping others be successful and I am so thankful Bank Iowa has allowed me to make that happen for our customers.”

Bank Iowa will be hosting a retirement party for Dale in Charter Oak’s lobby on Friday, May 28. Customers and community members are encouraged to visit between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to wish Dale the best during her retirement.
