Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak – Bank Iowa’s Response

March 13, 2020

At Bank Iowa, one of our core values is being people-centered; the health and safety of our communities, clients and team members are our top priority. While the recent concerns about the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been the center of discussion recently, at this time, we intend to keep our doors open to continue serving your banking needs.

Bank Iowa is actively ready to respond should the need arise. We have a business continuity plan that includes comprehensive pandemic preparedness tactics designed to ensure our operations continue throughout emergency situations.

At this time, we are encouraging our team members to practice the CDC’s recommended steps to prevent illness and keep their workstations and our facilities clean and sanitized throughout the day. We have also asked team members who feel ill to stay home.

We encourage our clients and the members of our communities to be vigilant in the protection of their well-being. If you feel ill, or would simply prefer to do your banking remotely, we advise utilizing the following resources:

Our eBanking team is available to support your banking needs. They can be reached at 844-226-5421, Monday – Friday, 7am – 5:30pm and Saturdays from 8:30am – 12:30pm. Bank Iowa is committed to serving our clients, community and team members and will update this page as necessary.
